Why dual boilers matter here
Lelit describes Elizabeth as using separate coffee and steam capability so steam delivery does not interfere with coffee performance. In daily use, that architecture is the reason to consider Elizabeth over a single boiler model. It also creates a very different decision from MaraX, which uses a heat exchanger system.
Elizabeth vs Bianca
Both are dual boiler machines, but the experience is different. Bianca adds the L58E group, paddle controlled water flow, pressure gauges, and a more traditional lever machine layout. Elizabeth puts more emphasis on compact practicality and programmable settings.
